The single allocation platform shall use the following inputs for determining the allocation of forward capacity in accordance with paragraph 2: validated splitting of long-term cross-zonal capacity submitted by each coordinated capacity calculator and capacities associated with returned long-term transmission rights pursuant to Article 43; bids submitted by market participants.
