A review of long-term transmission rights offered on a bidding zone border may be launched by: all regulatory authorities of the bidding zone border, at their own initiative; or all regulatory authorities of the bidding zone border based upon a recommendation from the Agency or joint request by all TSOs of the concerned bidding zone border.
