Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a guideline on forward capacity allocation (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The single allocation platform shall notify the TSOs responsible for the bidding zone border to which the long-term transmission rights are associated, the market participants and the long-term transmission rights holders about the result of the forward capacity allocation within the time frame provided in the auction specification.
