Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a guideline on forward capacity allocation (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

All TSOs shall ensure that the single allocation platform is operational and complies with the functional requirements specified in Article 49 within 12 months after the approval of the proposal for a common set of requirements and for the establishment of the single allocation platform. The competent regulatory authorities may extend this period upon request from the relevant TSOs due to delays relating to public procurement procedures by a period of no more than 6 months.
