The proposals for the following terms and conditions or methodologies shall be subject to approval by all regulatory authorities of the concerned region: the capacity calculation methodology pursuant to Article 10; the methodology for splitting cross-zonal capacity pursuant to Article 16; the regional design of long-term transmission rights pursuant to Article 31; the establishment of fallback procedures in accordance with Article 42; the regional requirements of the harmonised allocation rules pursuant to Article 52, including the regional compensation rules pursuant to Article 55.
