Each TSO shall individually bear the costs related to the provision of inputs to the capacity calculation. All TSOs shall jointly bear the costs related to the establishment and operation of merging the individual grid models. All TSOs in each capacity calculation region shall bear costs of establishing and operating the coordinated capacity calculators.
