Article 109

Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament of the Council of 26 October 2016 on protective measures against pests of plants, amending Regulations (EU) No 228/2013, (EU) No 652/2014 and (EU) No 1143/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directives 69/464/EEC, 74/647/EEC, 93/85/EEC, 98/57/EC, 2000/29/EC, 2006/91/EC and 2007/33/EC · European Union

Directive 2000/29/EC is repealed, with the exception of the following provisions: Article 1(4); the introductory part and points (g), (i), (j), (k), (l), (m), (n), (p), (q) and (r) of Article 2(1); Article 11(3); Article 12; Article 13; Article 13a; Article 13b; Article 13c; Article 13d; Article 21(1) to (5); Article 27a; Annex VIIIa. The following Directives are repealed: Directive 69/464/EEC; Directive 74/647/EEC; Directive 93/85/EEC; Directive 98/57/EC; Directive 2006/91/EC; Directive 2007/33/EC. References to the acts repealed in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table set out in Annex IX.
