The Commission may, by means of implementing acts, lay down specific rules concerning the release of plants, plant products and other objects from quarantine stations and confinement facilities, and, where appropriate, labelling requirements related to that release or to the movement referred to in paragraph 2. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 107(2).
