The Commission may, by means of implementing acts, set out the following elements: a shorter or longer minimum period than the one referred to in paragraph 4 with regards to specific plants, where so justified by the length of the cultivation period of those plants; and requirements as to the accessibility of the records to be kept by the professional operators referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 107(2).
