2.

The Commission shall, by means of an implementing act, amend the implementing act referred to in paragraph 1 in any of the following cases: where a plant, plant product or other object listed in that act does not fulfil point (c), (d) or (e) of the first subparagraph of paragraph 1; where a plant, plant product or other object not listed in that act fulfils point (c), (d) or (e) of the first subparagraph of paragraph 1.
