The delegated acts referred to in paragraph 1 may also set out requirements concerning one or more of the following: the authorisation of professional operators as regards the issuance of the official attestations referred to in paragraph 1; the supervision by the competent authority of the professional operators authorised pursuant to point (a) of this paragraph; the withdrawal of that authorisation referred to in point (a) of this paragraph.
