Article 11 › 3

A Member State shall inform the Commission where it decides to extend its jurisdiction to criminal offences referred to in Article 3, 4 or 5 which have been committed outside its territory in any of the following situations: (a) the offender is a habitual resident in its territory; (b) the criminal offence is committed for the benefit of a legal person established in its territory; or (c) the offender is one of its officials who acts in his or her official duty.
