In order to ensure the uniform presentation of the annual reports provided for in paragraph 1, the Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, adopt and update as necessary standard model forms for the submission of the information and data referred to in that paragraph. Those implementing acts shall, whenever possible, allow the use of the standard model forms adopted by the Commission for the submission of other reports on official controls that the competent authorities are required to submit to the Commission in accordance with the rules referred to in Article 1(2). Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 145(2).
