The Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, repeal without delay the implementing acts provided for in paragraph 1 of this Article where any of the conditions for the recognition of equivalence cease to be fulfilled. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 145(2).
