The competent authorities may delegate certain tasks related to other official activities to one or more delegated bodies subject to compliance with the following conditions: the rules referred to in Article 1(2) do not prohibit such delegation; and the conditions laid down in Article 29 are fulfilled with the exception of that laid down in point (b)(iv).
