The Commission shall, by means of implementing acts: establish lists which set out all the animals and goods referred to in points (a) and (b) of paragraph 1, indicating their codes from the Combined Nomenclature; and establish the list of goods belonging to the category referred to in point (d) of paragraph 1, indicating their codes from the Combined Nomenclature, and update it as necessary in relation to the risks referred to in that point. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 145(2).
