Where border control posts cease to comply with the requirements referred to in Article 64, the Member States shall: withdraw the designation provided for in Article 59(1) for all or for certain categories of animals and goods for which the designation was made; and remove those border control posts from the lists referred to in Article 60(1), for the categories of animals and goods for which the designation is withdrawn.
