The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 144 to supplement this Regulation concerning the cases where, and the procedures by which, border control posts for which the designation has only been partially withdrawn in accordance with point (a) of paragraph 1 of this Article may be re-designated by way of derogation from Article 59.
