The Commission may, by means of implementing acts, lay down detailed rules on the requirements under paragraph 3 of this Article to take into account specific features and logistic needs related to the performance of official controls and to the application of the measures taken in accordance with Article 66(3) and (6) and Article 67 in relation to the different categories of animals and goods referred to in Article 47(1). Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 145(2).
