REGULATION (EU) 2017/1001 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 14 June 2017 on the European Union trade mark (codification) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Commission shall adopt implementing acts specifying: (a) the date to be taken as the date of publication in the European Union Trade Marks Bulletin; (b) the manner of publication of entries regarding the registration of a trade mark which do not contain changes as compared to the publication of the application; (c) the forms in which editions of the Official Journal of the Office may be made available to the public.
