The Staff Regulations, the Conditions of Employment and the rules adopted by agreement between the institutions of the Union for giving effect to those Staff Regulations and Conditions of Employment shall apply to the staff of the Office, without prejudice to the application of Article 166 of this Regulation to the members of the Boards of Appeal.
