Article 185 › 1

REGULATION (EU) 2017/1001 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 14 June 2017 on the European Union trade mark (codification) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The date and number of an international registration based on an EU trade mark application shall be recorded in the files of that application. When the application results in an EU trade mark, the date and number of the international registration shall be entered in the Register.
