Article 197 — Replacement of an EU trade mark by an international registration

REGULATION (EU) 2017/1001 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 14 June 2017 on the European Union trade mark (codification) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Office shall, upon request, enter a notice in the Register that an EU trade mark is deemed to have been replaced by an international registration in accordance with Article 4bis of the Madrid Protocol.
