REGULATION (EU) 2017/1001 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 14 June 2017 on the European Union trade mark (codification) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Subject to paragraph 2, the provisions applicable to EU trade mark applications shall apply mutatis mutandis to applications for transformation of an international registration into an EU trade mark application pursuant to Article 9quinquies of the Madrid Protocol.
