REGULATION (EU) 2017/1001 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 14 June 2017 on the European Union trade mark (codification) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

An application for an EU trade mark shall contain: (a) a request for the registration of an EU trade mark; (b) information identifying the applicant; (c) a list of the goods or services in respect of which the registration is requested; (d) a representation of the mark, which satisfies the requirements set out in Article 4(b).
