Article 53 › 4

The request for renewal shall include: (a) the name of the person requesting renewal; (b) the registration number of the EU trade mark to be renewed; (c) if the renewal is requested for only part of the registered goods and services, an indication of those classes or those goods and services for which renewal is requested, or those classes or those goods and services for which renewal is not requested, grouped according to the classes of the Nice classification, each group being preceded by the number of the class of that classification to which that group of goods or services belongs, and presented in the order of classes of that classification.
