Article 73 — Delegation of powers

The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 208 specifying: (a) the formal content of the notice of appeal referred to in Article 68 and the procedure for the filing and the examination of an appeal; (b) the formal content and form of the Board of Appeal's decisions as referred to in Article 71; (c) the reimbursement of the appeal fee referred to in Article 68.
