Information to be entered in the compliance part of the database by the supplier: the model identifier of all equivalent models already placed on the market; the technical documentation as specified in Article 12(5). The Commission shall provide a link to the Information and Communication System on Market Surveillance (ICSMS), which includes the outcome of compliance checks performed by Member States and provisional measures adopted.
