By 12 months after entry into force of this Regulation, all TSOs of each LFC area shall establish an LFC area operational agreement that shall include at least: the specific allocation of responsibilities between TSOs within the LFC area in accordance with Article 141(8); the appointment of the TSO responsible for the implementation and operation of the frequency restoration process in accordance with Article 143(4).
