for a data-set containing the average values of the FRCE of the LFC block over time intervals equal to the time to restore frequency: the mean value, the standard deviation, the 1-,5-,10-, 90-,95- and 99-percentile, the number of time intervals in which the average value of the FRCE was outside the Level 1 FRCE range, distinguishing between negative and positive FRCE, and the number of time intervals in which the average value of the FRCE was outside the Level 2 FRCE range, distinguishing between negative and positive FRCE;
