Based on a request of the regulatory authority, DSOs shall provide TSOs with the information under paragraph 2 unless that information is already available to the regulatory authorities, TSOs, the Agency or ENTSO for Electricity in relation to their respective implementation monitoring tasks, with the objective of avoiding duplication of information.
