The LFC block monitor shall be responsible for identifying any violation of the limits in paragraphs 12 and 13 and: shall inform the other TSOs of the LFC block; and together with the TSOs of the LFC block shall implement coordinated actions to reduce the FRCE which shall be specified in the LFC block operational agreement.
