Each TSO shall monitor close to real-time generation and exchange schedules, power flows, node injections and withdrawals and other parameters within its control area relevant for anticipating a risk of a frequency deviation and shall take, in coordination with other TSOs of its synchronous area, measures to limit their negative effects on the balance between generation and demand.
