All TSOs of the GB and IE/NI synchronous areas shall specify in the synchronous area operational agreement operational procedures for case of exhausted FCR. In those operational procedures the TSOs of a synchronous area shall have the right to require changes in the active power production or consumption of power generating modules and demand units.
