The data provided by the TSOs shall cover the preceding year. The information concerning synchronous areas, LFC blocks, LFC areas and monitoring areas in subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c) shall be reported once. Where these areas change, this information shall be reported by 1 March of the following year.
