The control capability providing and control capability receiving TSO involved in the sharing of reserves shall specify their roles and responsibilities in a sharing agreement, including: the amount of reserve capacity subject to the sharing of reserves; the implementation of the cross-border FRR/RR activation process in accordance with Articles 147 and 148; and the procedures to ensure that the sharing of reserves does not lead to power flows that violate the operational security limits.
