Each TSO shall share the contents of its synchronous area operational agreement with its regulatory authority or, where applicable, with another competent authority no later than 1 month before its entry into force. All TSOs of each synchronous area shall notify the contents of their synchronous area operational agreement to ENTSO for Electricity for publication no later than 1 week after its entry into force. Each TSO of each LFC block shall share the contents of its LFC block operational agreement with its regulatory authority or, where applicable, with another competent authority.
