Where the TSOs of a synchronous area propose to modify the values for the frequency quality defining parameters or the frequency quality target parameter in accordance with Article 127, they shall notify the modified values to ENTSO for Electricity for publication at least 1 month before the entry into force of the synchronous area operational agreement.
