Where applicable, all TSOs of each synchronous area shall notify the total amount of reserve capacity on FCR and the shares of reserve capacity on FCR required for each TSO specified in accordance with Article 153(1) as the initial FCR obligation to ENTSO for Electricity for publication at least 1 month before their applicability.
