All TSOs of each synchronous area shall notify the annual compilations of the agreements for the sharing of FRR and for the sharing of RR for each LFC block within the synchronous area to ENTSO for Electricity for publication in accordance with Articles 188(3) and 189(2). Those compilations shall include the following information:
