Each TSO shall prepare and activate remedial actions in accordance with the criteria set out in Article 21(2) to prevent the system state from deteriorating on the basis of the following elements: the monitoring and determination of system states in accordance with Article 19; the contingency analysis in real-time operation in accordance with Article 34; and the contingency analysis in operational planning in accordance with Article 72.
