While performing short-circuit current calculations, each TSO shall: use the most accurate and high quality available data; take into account international standards; and consider as the basis of the maximum short-circuit current calculation such operational conditions, which provide the highest possible level of short-circuit current, including the short-circuit current from other transmission systems and distribution systems including closed distribution systems.
