Each power generating facility owner of a power generating module which is a SGU in accordance with Article 2(1)(a) and (e) shall inform the TSO and the DSO to which it has a connection point, within the agreed time and not later than the first commissioning or any changes to the existing installation, about any change in the scope and the contents of the data listed in paragraph 1.
