Unless otherwise provided by the TSO, each power generating facility owner of a power generating module which is a SGU in accordance with Article 2(1)(a) and (e) connected to the distribution system shall provide the TSO and the DSO to which it has the connection point, in real-time, at least the following data: status of the switching devices and circuit breakers at the connection point; and active and reactive power flows, current, and voltage at the connection point.
