Unless otherwise provided by the TSO, each SGU which is a distribution-connected demand facility and which participates in demand response other than through a third party shall provide the following scheduled and real-time data to the TSO and to the DSO: structural minimum and maximum active power available for demand response and the maximum and minimum duration of any potential usage of this power for demand response; a forecast of unrestricted active power available for demand response and any planned demand response; real-time active and reactive power at the connection point; and a confirmation that the estimations of the actual values of demand response are applied.
