When defining its year-ahead individual grid model, each TSO shall: agree with the neighbouring TSOs upon the estimated power flow on HVDC systems linking their control areas; balance for each scenario the sum of: net exchanges on AC lines; estimated power flows on HVDC systems; load, including an estimation of losses; and generation.
