When developing the proposal for common provisions concerning the organisation of regional operational security coordination in paragraph 1, the following requirements shall be met: each TSO shall be covered by at least one regional security coordinator; all TSOs shall ensure that the total number of regional security coordinators across the Union is not higher than six.
