The availability status of a relevant asset shall be one of the following: ‘available’ where the relevant asset is capable of and ready for providing service regardless of whether it is or it is not in operation; ‘unavailable’ where the relevant asset is not capable of or ready for providing service; ‘testing’ where the capability of the relevant asset for providing service is being tested.
