Before 1 August of each calendar year, an outage planning agent other than a TSO taking part in an outage coordination region, a DSO or a CDSO, shall submit to the TSO(s) taking part in an outage coordination region, and where relevant to the DSO(s) or CDSO(s), an availability plan covering the following calendar year for each of its relevant assets.
