When a TSO detects outage planning incompatibilities, it shall implement the following process: inform each affected outage planning agent of the conditions it shall fulfil to mitigate the detected outage planning incompatibilities; the TSO may request that one or more outage planning agents submit an alternative availability plan fulfilling the conditions referred to in point (a); and the TSO shall repeat the assessment pursuant to paragraph 1 to determine whether any outage planning incompatibilities remain.
